COVID-19: Cote d’Ivoire police use sticks to ‘measure social distancing’ in public (Photos)


In a bid to curb the spread of coronavirus, authorities across the world placed bans on social gatherings while others urged social distancing in public.

Social distancing which involves staying two metres away from each-other is being enforced in an interesting way in Cote D’Ivoire.

Some pictures which have gone viral on social media show police officers in Cote d’Ivoire using sticks to measure if individuals are practicing the recommended 2 metres apart social distancing.
